Brent had a birthday last weekend and unfortunately this was the only picture I took. He wanted cheesecake and he got one. I had to dig to find my recipe, but boy were we happy I found it. Five packages of cream cheese later and BAM! Deliciousness! Happy birthday, Babe.
I can attest to this being a DELICIOUS cheesecake!!! Just happened to have enjoyed a slice on my reece-ent visit!!!
