...as if he NEVER makes the blog?!?! :) This weeks "what's cookin?" is Brent's delicious fried venison backstrap. It was Brent's first time to ever make it AND eat it, and boy did he love it! There isn't much left of our buck but that is okay. Here is also a pretty picture of our fresh greens from the market. We mixed our carrots in with them and it was super tasty. Up next- steak night with Caleb's nilgai!

Hmmmmmmmm. I am wondering ~ did Brent have a recipe taped to the laptop, thus the reason it is on the cooking table? I mean, like, just WHAT would you do if that bottle of oil accidentally spilled or something? Just saying.........
