Thanks so my sister-in-law, Emily, I am finally learning a little bit about the camera I have had for nearly two years. Emily got me a photo book for Christmas and I've been pouring over the pages trying to understand everything. While it should probably be easy to understand, I'm kinda having a hard time with it all. I usually just turn my camera on and start shooting! Now, I'm concentrating on aperture, shutter speed, white balance...the list goes on. My cousin Walter tried to teach me all of this many years ago and I just nodded and said "okay!" Anyway, my sweet pets are so generous to lend me their precious smiles to practice what I've been reading. While I am certain I am not doing what I'm supposed to be doing with my camera, I still must post the shots I got or I'd have some upset furballs on my hands for wasting their time! I must keep my Dorie mindset: Just keep shooting, just keep shooting!
